- Prepare, produce, and bake fresh bread and related products for guests and crew
- Plan production quantities based on the number of guests and crew
- Follow standard recipes and produce multiple batches
- Be able to order ingredients and manage inventory
- Work as part of a team and assist other departments as needed
Your Course & Your Talents
Here’s what you bring to the table:
- Formal culinary education or certification
- Knowledge of and compliance with HACCP and other relevant safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations
- Organizational and planning skills that ensure high-quality production within budget
- Fluent in English and/or German, depending on the ship
- A friendly, polite, positive attitude and a team-oriented spirit
