- Staff management together with the Assistant Bar Manager for all restaurants on board
- Ensuring specified standards in the bars (smooth service flow, cleanliness of all work equipment, etc.)
- Control of inventories / stock orders
- Cost management, revenue overview and control
- Carrying out specialist training for employees
- Preparation of events and contact with guests
- Supporting employees in the preparation of drinks and bar service
- Duration of contract: 4-5 months, subsequent follow-up contracts possible
Your course & your talents
What you bring on board:
- Completed vocational training in the hotel industry or a comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience in the bar area as well as management experience
- Very good knowledge of German & English (spoken and written), other foreign languages are an advantage
- Knowledge of USPH
- Knowledge of business administration and dealing with numbers
- Ability to work under pressure, reliability and hands-on mentality
- Structured and organized way of working
- Experienced with MS Office, Crunchtime and Rescom
