• Professionally manage multiple bar outlets as well as train and develop your bar team
• Ensure the smooth running of the work area, including related administrative tasks
• Control the ordering of bar equipment and consumables in terms of business aspects
• &Umble;monitor sales performance as well as ensure the well-being of the guests

• Education in the hotel and catering industry as well as proven professional experience
• Preferably an IHK Bartender Diploma or an IHK Bar Master Letter
• Good English skills and a confident use of MS Office
• High service and sales orientation, a positive charisma, sovereignty and communication skills
