Your Job
Here’s what you can expect on your journey with us:
- Overall responsibility for the smooth operation of your assigned bar and the associated administrative tasks
- Professional and disciplinary supervision of bartenders and servers
- Conducting inventory counts in your area of responsibility, as well as receiving and inspecting deliveries to the bar area
- Being present in the bars during service hours, assisting the bartender in preparing all bar drinks, and serving as the first point of contact for guests
- Contract duration for your first assignment: 5–6 months; subsequent contracts are possible
Your Course & Your Talents
What you bring to the table:
- Several years of experience as a bartender or in a similar role, ideally with leadership experience
- You’re reliable, resilient, and able to stay service-oriented even in stressful situations.
- Extensive knowledge of bar beverages and international standard cocktails
- Organizational skills and strong leadership abilities
- Business-level proficiency in German and English (spoken and written)
