Your Job
Here’s what you can expect on your journey with us:
- In consultation with the bar supervisor and bar manager, and in collaboration with your team of waitstaff, you’ll manage one of the bars on board.
- Preparing, serving, and recommending beverages, including internationally renowned cocktails
- Receiving deliveries in the bar area
- Assisting with quality control, ordering supplies, and conducting inventory
- Contract duration for your first assignment: 5–6 months, with the possibility of subsequent contracts
- Your start date will be based on your availability in conjunction with the onboard scheduling and is generally possible year-round.
Your Course & Your Talents
What you bring to the table:
- Training in the restaurant/hotel industry or professional experience as a bartender
- You’re reliable, resilient, and have no trouble staying service-oriented even in stressful situations.
- Extensive knowledge of bar beverages and international standard cocktails
- A neat and professional appearance and excellent manners
- Very good German and good English skills
