Your job
- Operation of all stage machinery (lifting platforms, flying units and point hoists, including passenger flights) and broadcast technology on board
- Set-up and dismantling of mobile broadcast technology, as well as props, stage decorations, furniture and support with conversions during the shows
- Maintenance, care and management of the stage machinery (stage equipment, machines and props) and broadcast technology on board
- Visual inspection, preparation and post-processing of artistic equipment and slings as well as hanging people in flying harnesses and artistic material (trapeze, cloth, rope, etc.)
- Regulation of entrances and exits, coordination in the backstage area
- Compliance with stage-specific safety regulations
- Close cooperation with the lighting and sound technicians
- Shooting of TV clips and other film requirements including post- and pre-production for the on-board program
- Ensuring the functionality of all systems in the area of SAT reception, on-board TV
- Checking the correct assignment of TV programs and playlists
- Coordination of repairs and orders
- Administrative tasks and reporting
Your course & your talents
What you bring on board:
- Completed training as a specialist or master craftsman for event technology (focus: stage)
- Very good knowledge of theater and show technical processes (musical, theater, show)
- Experience in working with stage and automation consoles (people movements, upper, lower and side machinery)
- Very good knowledge of modern video technology (ArKaos, Mediamaster-Pro, Roland, Panasonic, Show Cue System, Q-Lab) and experience in working with MIDI and timecode
- Very good knowledge of modern broadcast and editing technology (Blackmagic Design, Teracue, DaVinci Resolve)
- High level of safety awareness
- Experience in stage management desirable
- Proof of expertise in lifting equipment desirable
- Knowledge of ARTTHEA control system advantageous
- Basic IT knowledge
- Very good knowledge of German and English
