Business Analyst / Application Owner (m/f/d) Maritime Solutions Ports & Itinerary

Your previous ports of call

  • University degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or a comparable qualification
  • In-depth experience as a business analyst, ideally in IT, application management or a similar role
  • Sophisticated understanding of application development, deployment, integration and maintenance processes
  • Knowledge of proven practices and new trends in application management, as well as initial experience in project management
  • Very good knowledge of English and German and confident in using MS Office 365
  • Economic thinking and acting, hands-on mentality, teamwork and communication skills

Your chartered goal

  • Responsibility for the Ports & Itinerary application area as part of our Maritime Solutions with all tasks that ensure stable, secure and efficient operation and further development
  • Collaborating closely within the international team and with all internal stakeholders and external partners involved in application management
  • Determination of measures for the application roadmap, which contribute to the implementation of the IT strategy
  • coordinating AIDA-specific developments with our specialist departments, coordinating the provision by external partners and coordinating the rollout of releases / maintenance on land and on the ships
  • ensuring compliance with current governance processes and guidelines
  • monitoring and, if necessary, readjusting service level agreements
  • . Adjustment of service level agreements and contractual obligations
  • Budget planning and monitoring as well as participation in area-related projects
  • Responsibility for comprehensive documentation and analysis of potential technology trends as well as preparation for implementation
