Your Job
Here’s what you can expect on your journey with us:
- In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent butler service in the top suites on board and will report to the Housekeeping Manager.
- Your responsibilities will include cabin service—such as professionally serving food and beverages, assisting with unpacking luggage, and cleaning shoes—as well as organizing the ironing and laundry services.
- As the first point of contact for your guests, you are responsible for fulfilling guest requests (including table reservations and forwarding booking inquiries).
- Cleaning tasks in the suites are also part of your responsibilities.
- Contract duration of your first contract: 5–6 months (subject to individual agreement)
Your Course & Your Talents
What you bring to the table:
- Professional training in the restaurant/hotel industry or training as a butler is a plus
- You have several years of experience in the service-oriented hotel industry.
- You’re comfortable managing your own schedule.
- You’re only satisfied when your guests have had a truly wonderful vacation.
- You are a passionate host with excellent manners.
- Well-groomed and pleasant appearance
- Very good German and good English skills; additional languages are a plus
