Work of Special Value: Your Contribution to Our Organization
You prepare coffee and specialty coffee drinks using the barista machine, as well as light meals. You also display and sell the products.
You will provide meeting service. This involves entering reservations into the system, preparing hot and cold beverages, serving them, clearing tables, and processing all meeting service charges through the reservation system.
You will identify stock shortages and order food and beverages through the inventory management system.
You manage the cafeteria cash register, monitor cash on hand, and perform daily closings.
In addition, you comply with hygiene regulations, perform routine and final cleaning of your work area, and assist with inventory counts.
Key Qualities: Your Qualifications
Excellent German language skills
Good English language skills
Experience preparing specialty coffees using a barista machine
Additionally desirable:
Good knowledge of product specifications as well as the preparation and serving of food and beverages according to recipes
Knowledge of food hygiene regulations and relevant food laws, including HACCP and food labeling
Knowledge of point-of-sale systems
Proficiency with common MS Office products (Excel, Word) and an inventory management system
Knowledge of cleaning products and cleaning procedures
Knowledge of relevant accident prevention regulations
Physical stamina required to perform the duties of the position
Strong service and customer focus
Ability to work well in a team
