- Good knowledge of the meat/sausage and spice product groups

- Team player with strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Confident in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with merchandise management systems
- Very good German, good English
Your mission…
- Responsibility for central purchasing of meat/sausage products and spices
- Participation in supplier tenders and selection
- Development and optimization of supplier relationships
- Connecting suppliers to the merchandise management system
- Negotiating prices, contracts and listings, including annual meetings
- Market and competition analyses on product range, prices and trends
- Identification of innovations and development of purchasing strategies
- Responsibility for results for the product groups managed
