We are looking for a dedicated person with organizational talent, service orientation and enthusiasm to join the Middleby Innovation Kitchen in Munich as a Center Manager (m/f/d) leads. If you enjoy creating the perfect setting for customer experiences, collaborating with teams and working in an innovative environment, you’ve come to the right place!
Your tasks:
- Management and organization of the MIK calendar: coordination of all internal and external visitors with the aim of providing a first-class customer experience.
- Planning and organization of events including preparation of detailed event documents (times, participants, target groups, food concepts, contact persons).
- Supporting external visitors: organizing hotel bookings, transfers and individual arrangements.
- Close coordination with the sales team and the culinary team to ensure that all sales events run smoothly.
- Managing external service providers such as waiters, hostesses, marketing agencies and merchandising.
- Coordination of internal activities such as training courses, technical training or sales meetings.
- Controlling the showroom and warehouse stock and ensuring the care and maintenance of the equipment.
- Working closely with the marketing team to generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Attending trade shows, events and conventions to represent Middleby Innovation Kitchens.
- Proactively handle customer inquiries and issues and attend weekly meetings to optimize the event process.
Your profile:
- Structured, independent and service-oriented way of working.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and enjoy working with people.
- Fluent written and spoken German and English.
- Pragmatic prioritization of tasks and strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience in event organization, showroom management or a comparable position is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for trade fairs and dealer events.
