Your Job

What awaits you on your journey with us:

• Under the guidance of the sous chef, you are responsible for the smooth running of your assigned area within the galley.
• Occupation in one of the up to 12 restaurants and bistros on board as well as in various positions (including saucier, gardemanger) possible
• Responsible for the creation of high-quality dishes and menus incl. all preparations and post-processing
• Scheduling, briefing, training and motivation of the assigned kitchen crew
• Contract duration of your first assignment: 4 – 6 months, subsequent follow-up contracts possible
• Your advancement will be based on your availability in connection with the assignment planning on board and is generally possible throughout the year.

Your course & talents

This is what you bring on board:

• Completed vocational training as a chef (f/m/d) with internationally recognized certificate
• Professional experience within the restaurant or hotel kitchen
• Very good knowledge üabout food preparation, ingredients, recipes
• First experience in the management of a kitchen
• You keep the overview – even when things get hot.
• Good knowledge of the German and English language
