This position is subject to the collective bargaining agreement for the hotel and hospitality industry, plus all overtime, bonuses, and statutory social benefits. Salaries above the collective bargaining agreement are possible depending on your qualifications.
We are looking to strengthen our team with a CHEF DE PARTIE (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- Independently managing a station
- Managing assigned staff
- Coordinating and consulting with kitchen management
- Contributing to the development of the menu
- Delivering the highest quality work
- Compliance with HACCP guidelines
Your Profile
- Professional experience in this or a similar position
- Flexibility regarding weekend and holiday shifts
- Very good German language skills—our kitchen language is German
- Knowledge of English is a plus
- Friendliness and a passion for the job
- A neat and professional appearance
