Chef de Partie (m/f/d)

For immediate recruitment we are looking for a CHEF DE PARTI (M/W/D) to strengthen our kitchen team .

Our company:

Our family business is located at the foot of the Luxembourg Ardennes, surrounded by a magnificent nature near Ettelbruck and Diekirch (30 KM from Luxembourg City). A total of 25 „4 star rooms“ are available to our holidaymakers and business customers.

Our young and dynamic kitchen team needs reinforcement for a seasonal and varied bistro cuisine.

Job Description:

For immediate recruitment, we are looking for a CHEF DE PARTIE (M/W/D) with the following responsibilities to strengthen our kitchen team:

• Leading the cold kitchen
• Self-employed work during service hours
• Preparing the daily mise en place
• &Overviewing

the deliveries

• Compliance with HACCP standards

Requirement:

• Completed culinary training
• Minimum 5 years working experience in high-end catering
• Qualified, disciplined, motivated and serious
• Be able to work alone and always be well organized
• Conscious of costs
• As well as integration in a young motivated team
