Your Tasks

• Self-managing a post
• Preparation of all cold and hot dishes within the framework of classic Austrian and international cuisine
• Leading the assigned staff on the post
• Coordination and consultation with the kitchen management
• Contribute to the design of the menu plan
• Working at the highest level of quality
• Compliance with HACCP guidelines

• Professional experience in this or äsimilar position
• Flexibility in terms of weekend and holiday duties
• Good knowledge of German
• Friendliness and love for the job
• Fresh, dynamic and well-groomed appearance
