Your job

What awaits you on your journey with us:

• As a host and first point of contact for your guests, you ensure with your commitment in one of the gourmet & specialties restaurants or in one of the first-class bars für a smooth service flow and a warm guest care.
• You lead a service station of about 30 guests and coordinate your team consisting of Commis de Rang.
• You accompany the guests on their culinary journey from the welcome to the farewell and serve exclusive taste experiences.
• In addition, you look after the kitchen trolley or pronounce wine or drink recommendations. Depending on the location, you also have the opportunity to fillet and carve dishes at the guest.

Your course & talents

This is what you bring on board:

• Education in the restaurant or hotel sector and 2 years of professional experience in à la carte service, ideally in the upscale gastronomy
• You are ready to take first Führungsaufgaben übernehmen.
• You are reliable, resilient and have no problem staying service-oriented even in stressful situations.
• High willingness to work actively in a team.
• Excellent manners and host qualities
