The Birkle Clinic in Überlingen on Lake Constance is a renowned and successful rehabilitation clinic and has a cardiology and orthopedic department. We treat patients in more than 200 inpatient and full-time outpatient treatment centers, primarily in the area of follow-up rehabilitation after hospitalization and in general treatment. What you will be dealing with …

• You will be responsible for the organization and efficiency of the kitchen and service area of our clinic.
• The creation of timelyä&aerobic;and culinary sophisticated menu plans for our patients and employees let your
  professionalism and experience be recognized.
• Professional personnel management of the kitchen and service team including deployment and vacation planning or
  employee discussions are für you self-evident. Their Führungsverantwortung refers also to the entire
  Ablauforganisation of the production process.
• Calculation, annual planning and budget responsibility are just as much a part of your challenges as merchandise management and ensuring quality and hygiene standards (HACCP)
• The food supply is certified with excellent results according to RAL criteria.
