Your Job

From `-la-carte restaurant to buffet – with your training program, you’ll learn the fine art of cooking and discover the world’s most beautiful destinations along the way.

• Während the two years you durchläufst the various gastronomic areas of the Küchef (Galley) on the ship and übernommenst there already after kürzester time responsible tasks. The work areas include, in addition to varied restaurant kitchens, the banquet kitchen and the patisserie.
• You acquire recipe knowledge and a sound technical knowledge über the origin, preparation and storage of food and learn a responsible approach to the products.
• In addition, you get the opportunity to independently create high-quality culinary dishes and men–s with ingredients from around the world!
• Contract period: 2 years (4 modules à approx. 4 months on board, approx. 2 months vergüteter vacation on land), subsequent follow-up contracts möglich
• Your advancement will be based on your availability in connection with the deployment planning on board and is generally up to 6 dates per year möglich.
