Your Job

You know the hospitality industry inside and out, but Aruba and Zadar are nautical miles away? Bring a breath of fresh air on board and impress not only the guests, but the whole world!

  • Making decisions for the entire cabin area, as well as monitoring and enforcing all quality standards
  • Creating work schedules for housekeeping
  • Responsibility for cleaning the cabins, public passenger areas, and public crew areas
  • Responsibility for ensuring an adequate supply of materials and equipment, as well as for the careful handling of all work tools and facilities
  • Supervising the laundry department and ensuring the careful handling of laundry
  • Point of contact for passengers regarding the cabin area and handling complaints and grievances
  • Monitoring compliance with cleanliness, safety, environmental, and hygiene guidelines (USPH) in the cabin area
  • Serving as the point of contact for all crew members working in the cabin area
  • Contract duration: 4–5 months, with the possibility of subsequent contracts

Your Course & Your Talents

What you bring to the table:

  • Professional training in the hospitality industry; a degree from a hotel management school or certification as a master of housekeeping (w⁠/⁠m⁠/⁠d) is preferred
  • Several years of professional experience in upscale, international hotels or on cruise ships, and internal training on board
  • Very good English skills (spoken and written)
  • Experience in complaint management
  • Professional competence, resilience, reliability, and creativity
  • Cost and quality awareness
  • Confident and professional demeanor when interacting with passengers and staff
  • Leadership skills and the ability to motivate employees
