Your job
This is what awaits you on your journey with us:
- Decision-maker and overall responsible for the smooth running of the guest service, first purser, concessionaires and report to the hotel manager
- Responsible for leading, coordinating and motivating a team of up to 50 crew members
- Responsible for the management and control of accounting/commercial tasks (e.g. cash book, credit card verification) and administrative tasks
- Responsible for the check-out of guests on Embarkation Day
- Close cooperation with the Night Auditor for reports and daily closings
- Contract duration of your first assignment: 4 months, subsequent follow-up contracts possible
Your course & your talents
What you bring on board:
- Completed training in the hotel industry or in the commercial sector
- Several years of experience in accounting/bookkeeping as well as experience on board a cruise ship, management experience
- You are reliable, resilient and have no problem remaining calm even in stressful situations.
- Leadership personality with the ability to lead your team professionally and disciplinary
- Very good IT skills
- Very good German and good English skills
