Your job
In your position on board, you are an absolute talent for coordination – nothing works without you! You play a key role in the operation of the ship and set the course for your team.
- Further development and management of the front office team and night auditor
- Preparation and implementation of ship clearance
- Management and control of the Front Office & Crew Purser Cash Books
- monitoring, planning and coordinating the daily tasks of the Front Office team
- Increasing guest satisfaction
- Optimization of existing processes
- Duration of the assignment: 4-5 months, subsequent follow-up contracts possible
Your course & your talents
What you bring on board:
- Completed hotel management training and ideally several years of professional experience, ideally already in this position
- Very good knowledge of German & English (written and spoken), other foreign languages are an advantage
- Knowledge of business administration and dealing with numbers
- A motivated and communicative personality
- Ability to work under pressure, reliability and hands-on mentality
- Structured and organized way of working
- Experienced with MS Office, Crunchtime and Rescom
