Tasks ..
- Overall responsibility for the commercial management of all our operations
- Management and further development of the team of commercial employees
- Working closely with the management and other management areas to further develop the company
- Implementing and following up on business strategies
- Ensuring effective reporting as a basis for strategic decisions
- Planning, monitoring and controlling liquidity and budgets as well as consolidating financial processes across all operations
- Negotiating and managing contracts with service providers and banks as well as working with tax firms/auditors

- Have experience in the hospitality industry and a passion for the sector
- have strong analytical skills and a strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Have leadership experience and the ability to motivate and develop a team
