!This is what awaits you on your journey with us:
- As the Chef de Rang's right-hand man, you and your team will look after around 30 guests.
- Your precise preparation and follow-up is the perfect basis for professional and attentive service.
- As a host in one of the gourmet & specialty restaurants or in one of the first-class bars, you will ensure smooth service and warm hospitality.
- You accompany the guests on their culinary journey, serve exclusive taste experiences or make wine and drink recommendations.
- Contract duration of your 1st contract: 5 - 6 months. Contract duration of your first contract: 5 - 6 months (by individual arrangement)
- Your start will be by individual arrangement based on your availability in connection with the work schedule on board and is generally possible all year round.
What you bring on board:
- Training in the restaurant/hotel sector or at least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in à la carte service, preferably in upscale gastronomy
- You are reliable, resilient and have no problem remaining service-oriented even in stressful situations.
- Sympathetic and polite manners
- Very well-groomed appearance
- Very good knowledge of German and English
