Your Job
Here’s what you can expect on your journey with us:
- Responsibility for ensuring the smooth operation of storekeeping in close collaboration with the hotel manager
- Coordinating the hotel’s goods and service requirements with the established stocking schedule
- Responsibility for and monitoring of all inventory levels in the main stores, including food, beverages, and supplies
- Analyzing and managing the commission budget, as well as calculating departmental consumption
- Providing technical and disciplinary leadership to your team of up to 10 crew members
- Contract duration for your first assignment: 4 months; subsequent contracts are possible
Your Course & Your Talents
Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:
- Completed training in the hospitality industry or a business administration program
- Several years of professional experience in the F&B sector, ideally as a Provision Master, preferably aboard a cruise ship
- Strong understanding of business management—particularly inventory management
- Ability to work within budget constraints and to present and analyze financial targets
- A leadership personality with the ability to guide your team both professionally and in disciplinary matters
- Very good command of German and English
- Excellent computer skills (including MS Office, Fidelio MMS, Rescom, and Crunchtime)
