Our young and motivated team is looking for support in Germany's first Longevity SPA. On the first floor of the newly built KOENIGSHOF MUNICH, one of the leading luxury hotels in the heart of Munich, the Longevity SPA stands for tailor-made treatments and first-class service. In a luxurious atmosphere, we are the retreat from hectic everyday life where our guests can completely regenerate. Covering almost 400 square meters, we combine centuries-old wellness traditions with the latest biohacking techniques to offer our discerning guests an incomparable experience. Our team of experienced professionals combines medical expertise with innovative approaches in the fields of diagnostics, cosmetics and well-being. From facials to the latest standards, regenerative cryo and infrared treatments to infusions, we offer a comprehensive range of services aimed at promoting health and beauty inside and out.
Your tasks:
- First point of contact: You are the friendly voice and face of the Longevity SPA. Give our guests a warm welcome and ensure a positive first impression. You create the atmosphere in the SPA and make our guests feel welcome.
- Advice and support: After comprehensive training and introduction, you will provide advice on our offers, treatments and products in the areas of bio-hacking, medicine and cosmetics; you will look after our innovative small concept store and keep your eyes and ears open for new trends in the area of longevity.
- Appointment management and customer service: You will be responsible for coordinating appointments and providing pre- and post-sales support for our customers. You coordinate complaints and complaints and ensure the impeccable ambience of the SPA.
- Community support and event management: You are responsible for the maintenance and support of our Longevity Community and assist in the organization of exclusive events around the topic of „Longevity“.
- MFA (optional): as an MFA, you will place infusions, take blood samples and support our naturopath in diagnostics.

Our requirements:
- Ideally, you have completed training in the hotel industry or in the spa & wellness sector. Sound professional experience in comparable positions in the upscale hotel industry or upscale SPAs is desirable.
- MFA (optional): As an MFA, you are familiar with the requirements of blood sampling and analysis and also understand the sensitivity of patient data. You are also willing to further develop yourself in the field of „diagnostics“ and to focus on the topic of longevity from a medical perspective.
- You are a strong communicator, service-oriented and passionate about longevity. At the same time, you have a high level of empathy and discretion.
- You enjoy being part of a team and taking on responsibility.
- You are innovation-oriented and enjoy continuously developing yourself and dealing with new trends.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills, other foreign languages an advantage.
