Your tasks
Preparing and cooking food for our company restaurant in accordance with recipes and hygiene requirements
Cooking in the front cooking area, including stocking the food counters, advising guests, preparing and serving food
Co-responsible for compliance with quality standards
Carrying out incoming goods inspections and placing goods in the appropriate storage areas
Checking and testing food, storage and serving temperatures and documenting the results and checking and complying with food labeling requirements
Assisting with the preparation and implementation of quarterly inventories
Your qualifications
Completed training as a cook
Professional experience in the above area of responsibility
Sound knowledge of product knowledge and the relevant requirements of hygiene and food law
Independent and team-oriented way of working
Organizational skills
Physical resilience
High service and customer orientation
Good written and spoken German
