The bistro in the ASZ Hasenbergl is one of Pro. Arbeit & Perspektive, where long-term unemployed people are supported and guided. The bistro offers a fresh, daily changing lunch menu, an afternoon café and internal event catering.

Your tasks
You are full of motivation. You enjoy being responsible for the bistro at the Hasenbergl retirement and service center
You are a team player and guide the employed participants in the kitchen, service and housekeeping areas
You are a talented organizer, whether it’s creating menus, procuring and receiving goods or planning the deployment of the employed participants
When preparing the food, you attach importance to an appealing presentation of the dishes, both at the lunch table and at the afternoon café
You have your figures under control, can calculate production costs, take over the cash register, can manage the purchase of goods and have an overview of stock levels
You value quality. You know how to check the quality of food and how it is stored. You reliably implement occupational safety guidelines and hygiene regulations in the kitchen area
Your qualifications
You have completed IHK training as a chef, restaurant specialist, hotel specialist or housekeeping specialist
You have experience in instruction or training and accordingly have a high level of social and team competence
You identify with the mission statement of Diakonie Hasenbergl e.V
