Your tasks
Preparation of meals according to nutritional aspects and the needs of the residents
Designing the menu
Compliance with quality criteria (QM) and legal regulations
Acceptance and consideration of residents‘ suggestions
Introduction and training of new employees
Supervising the serving of meals to the various departments of the facilities (e.g. living areas, dining room)
Ordering food
Carrying out economical and environmentally conscious purchasing, taking into account seasonal possibilities
Your qualifications
Completed vocational training as a cook (m/f/d)
Relevant additional qualifications are desirable
Several years of professional and management experience in a canteen kitchen desirable
