Your tasks
As a cook (m/f/d) in our staff restaurant in our Real Estate & Solutions team in Unterföhring, you will be jointly responsible for our lunch service.
Professional management of a post in the kitchen operation
Live front cooking and appealing food serving – preparation and presentation of fresh dishes directly in front of the guest
Planning, organization and implementation of special events
Training, supervising and supporting trainees
Constant optimization of production processes and the use of goods
Quality assurance and stock control
Checking and complying with legal requirements and regulations such as hygiene and allergen management
Your qualifications
Your ability to create exceptional taste experiences while maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation is what makes this job so special. Our kitchen team not only has the in-depth specialist knowledge and technical skills, but also the tireless passion for culinary excellence. The necessary creative freedom is a matter of course.
Training as a chef (m/f/d)
Successful experience in upscale gastronomy
Several years of experience in a comparable position
Experience in banqueting and catering is desirable
High level of flexibility and commitment, including work outside regular working hours and temporary support for other kitchens at the Unterföhring campus
Strong professional competence and high quality awareness
Training license (AEVO) is an advantage
