The Württembergische Landessportbund e.V. (WLSB) is the umbrella organization of the sports associations and sports clubs in Württemberg and is based in Stuttgart. The state sports schools in Albstadt and Ruit are the two training centers of the WLSB. The WLSB and its sports associations hold around 1,000 training courses and squad measures there every year. The Albstadt State Sports School has approx. 28,500 overnight stays per year and caters for guests 7 days a week.
To support our kitchen team at the Albstadt State Sports School, we are looking for a

full-time (39.5 h/week)

Your tasks
- Preparation of hot and cold meals for the guests of the state sports school
- Collaboration in the design of the menus
- Contact person during meal times for questions about ingredients, allergens, etc.
- Compliance with recipe and preparation specifications, declaration of additives and allergens
- Compliance with hygiene regulations and hygiene guidelines according to HACCP
- Receipt, inspection and storage of goods incl. invoice verification
We expect
- Completed training as a chef
- Professional experience in community catering or canteen kitchen catering desirable
- Willingness to work 5 days a week according to a shift schedule in weekly alternating shifts (mornings and afternoons) as well as weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) every 14 days
- Certificate of instruction in accordance with §43 of the Infection Protection Act
- Ability to work independently, in a team, under pressure, enthusiastic and structured way of working
- High service orientation and friendly interaction with guests
