The 100% subsidiary of HypoVereinsbank and member of the UniCredit Group is a leading service provider in the area of communal and guest catering. As an in-house caterer, it also looks after the HypoVereinsbank’s seminar center and guest house as well as the café of the HVB Kunsthalle, “Theatiner 8”.

We are looking for full-time chefs for our two staff cafeteria locations in Munich at the earliest possible date or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Preparation of fresh meals
• Working economically with high-quality food
• Compliance with and monitoring of hygiene and cleaning regulations for food, premises, crockery and other materials according to HACCP
• Compliance with and monitoring of occupational safety regulations
• Participation in staff training courses
• Active cooperation and support of the QMB in quality management
• Documentation of inspections (quality records)
• Compliance with allergen and additive regulations

Your profile:

• Training as a cook (m/f/d)
• IT skills are an advantage
• Several years of qualified professional experience – additional training in the commercial sector is an advantage
• Strong quality awareness as well as process and cost awareness
• Good communication skills, team player, loyal
• Flexibility and pleasure in implementing new ideas
