Your tasks
Professional and proper preparation of lunches in communal catering for daycare centers and schools (for up to 400 meals daily)
Participation in the preparation of a varied and nutritionally balanced menu (menu plans)
Supervision of other employees in the kitchen
Assignment in other kitchen facilities of the city of Fürstenfeldbruck possible if required
Ongoing determination of goods requirements (food, operating resources) and forwarding of goods requirements, if necessary in consultation with superiors and/or suppliers
Kitchen organization and procurement
Control of food distribution/delivery
Packing meals to be delivered to other educational institutions
Dishwashing service
Ensuring occupational safety (HACCP, IfSG etc.)
Your qualifications
Completed training as a chef (m/f/d)
Several years of professional experience, ideally in community catering an advantage
Independent working style, reliability, ability to cooperate and work in a team, assertiveness
Certificate from the health authority according to § 43 Infection Protection Act or health certificate
IT skills (MS Office package)

Payment of the large-capacity allowance Munich according to öTV A 35
Regulated working hours between 6 a.m. and 3 p.m. in a 5-day week (Monday to Friday)
