Your tasks
Preparation of dishes that meet high nutritional and taste requirements
Ensuring an appealing visual presentation of the food
Checking incoming food and ensuring correct food storage and processing (in accordance with HACCP)
Your qualifications
Completed training as a chef m/f/x, training as a chef m/f/x or similar
Practical knowledge of hygiene and quality standards and HACCP guidelines
Skills in preparing buffets, menus and menu design
