responsibilities

Preparation of cold and hot meals of any kind as well as control of own workresults at the Weiterstadt site
Participation in the preparation of menüs and menu plans
Execution and supervision of events
Toil and re-stocking during meal service
Proper handling of food and work equipment and compliance with standards throughout the kitchen (HQM system)
Co-responsibility for the correct and proper storage of food and goods
Providing guidance to kitchen help and new employees
Ordering the daily required food according to the specifications of the inventory control system

requirements

Successfully completed training as a chef
Several years of professional experience in large-scale catering is an advantage
Inclusive knowledge of safety regulations, hygiene regulations as well as in quality management
Creativityät in the preparation and provision of food
Working on one’s own responsibility and enthusiasm
High level of teamwork and reliability
