We are a large family of bakers with a passion for our craft. In our new Bückereicafé in Würzburg, we bake fresh pastries, delicious cakes, fine tarts and delicious dishes with a lot of love. We are currently looking for committed chefs (m/f/d) or young chefs (m/f/d) to join our team, who are committed and passionate about preparing our dishes.
Your daily bread:
- Cooking magic: You conjure up fresh and delicious dishes according to BrotHaus standards, from hearty breakfast variations to sophisticated lunch dishes and sweet treats.
- Bakery magic: You bake fresh pastries and prepare snacks with attention to detail.
- Diligence and responsibility: You check food quality, are familiar with HACCP guidelines and document everything conscientiously.
- Preplanner: You keep an eye on the stock of raw materials, order supplies and ensure that everything runs smoothly in the kitchen.
- Teamwork: You work hand in hand with your colleagues (m/f/d), supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen.
Your ingredients:
- Completed training: You have completed vocational training as a chef (m/f/d) or assistant chef (m/f/d) and ideally have gained some professional experience in the catering industry.
- Motivation and passion: You are passionate about good food, have creative ideas and love trying out new dishes.
- Time flexibility: You are also ready to work at weekends and on public holidays to spoil our guests.
- Team spirit: You help your colleagues (m/f/d) and actively contribute to the team.
- Stress resistance: You keep an overview even in hectic situations and work reliably and solution-oriented.
- German language skills: You have a sufficient command of written and spoken German.
