Your Job
Here’s what you can expect on your trip with us:
- Primary point of contact for guests in the studio area and primarily responsible for the painting classes and creative workshops on board
- Preparing, conducting, and following up on the daily painting classes and workshops offered for various target groups, including acrylic painting and arts and crafts workshops
- Maintaining an active presence in guest areas and directly encouraging guests to participate
- Maintaining and taking inventory of the necessary materials and facilities, in collaboration with the Family & Arts Manager
- Contract duration for your first assignment: 4–6 months; subsequent contracts are possible
- Your assignment will be scheduled based on your availability in conjunction with the onboard staffing plan and is generally possible year-round on any day of the month.
Your Course & Your Talents
What you bring to the table:
- Artistic training and initial experience as a creative instructor
- Training or a degree in a creative field is a plus
- A passion for sharing your own artistic skills
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Very good German and English language skills
