This is what awaits you on your voyage with us:
- Voice and face of the ship as well as communication manager and dramaturge of the voyage
- Carrying out all ship announcements and contact person for any suggestions and challenges from guests
- Program director and voyage planner (entertainment / events / functions) and responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the cruise program and cross-departmental activities for guests
- Implementation of and active participation in specified show formats, events and live TV programs as well as the possibility of implementing own show formats
- Responsible for the technical management of the entertainment department and the media department as well as the disciplinary management of the supervisor team
- Co-responsible for the achievement of onboard revenue targets and reporting to landside revenue departments
- Regular coordination with the General Manager, Hotel Manager and shore-side superiors
Your course & your talents
What you bring on board:
- Experience in a managerial position in a cultural or entertainment company, with
Staff responsibility and guidance. - Several years of experience on a cruise ship, in an upscale hotel resort or in the entertainment or leisure industry.
- Knowledge of structures/work processes in theaters/shows as well as an understanding of
artistic work and own stage or presentation experience - In-depth expertise with economic key figures and their control
- Experience in high-level customer service, complaint management, team building and conflict resolution skills.
- Very good general knowledge, manners and a friendly, confident demeanor
- Very good knowledge of German and English, further language skills are an advantage
