YOUR TASKS:

• Representing the head of the kitchen in his absence
• Coordinate the planning and organization of all outlets
• Quality assurance and control of work processes
• Operative collaboration
• Planning, leading and motivating our kitchen team
• Controlling the ordering and storage of goods as well as the use of goods
• Creative co-design of menüs for special events

OUR PROFILE:

• Completed vocational training as a chef 
• Many years of professional experience in the hotel and catering industry, ideally in a comparable position
• Experience in the banquet kitchen desirable
• High service orientation
• Team skills and fun at work
