Your tasks:
- You will support the head chef in day-to-day operations and reliably deputize for him when he is absent.
- Together with the head chef, you will coordinate the daily processes in the company restaurant and ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly.
- You will share responsibility for the technical guidance and operational planning of the kitchen team.
- You will be actively involved in designing menus, seasonal offers and promotions.
- You will prepare fresh, healthy dishes and ensure that they are presented attractively.
- You will support the implementation of events and à la carte service in the visitor areas.
- You will be involved in ordering goods, checking goods, organizing stock and managing the kitchen economically.
- You will ensure compliance with all hygiene, quality and safety standards.
Your profile:
- You have completed training as a chef (m/f/d)
- You have professional experience in the kitchen; initial experience in a deputy or coordinating role is an advantage.
- You are passionate about cooking and enjoy delighting guests with quality and freshness in day-to-day business and at events.
- A varied menu, seasonal ingredients and current food trends are important to you.
- You work in an organized and responsible manner and maintain an overview even in challenging situations.
- You are a team player, reliable, flexible and a good communicator.
- You are confident in using the common MS Office programs.
- Very good German language skills and good English language skills are an advantage.
