As a sous-chef, you will manage operations and staff at two locations and work mainly at our location in Nymphenburg Human resources management: carry out staff deployment planning as well as vacation and sickness cover planning and be the first point of contact for kitchen staff Responsibility for food and raw materials: determining kitchen requirements and purchasing in line with the budget Financial management - controlling cash accounting as well as managing and checking cash balances Hygiene management: jointly responsible for compliance with and guaranteeing hygiene standards Co-design: Active process optimization and contribution of ideas

You have at least 3 years of professional experience as a chef (m/f/d) or in a managerial kitchen position Experience in personnel management and staff scheduling Experience in purchasing and budget calculation is desirable Good knowledge of written and spoken German Interest in working with patients You enjoy teamwork and enjoy optimizing processes and working to their full potential
