Your qualifications
Training as a housekeeping manager or hotel manager
Several years of professional experience
Experience in quality management
Business management thinking and acting
Structured and goal-oriented approach
Strong service and service orientation
High level of commitment to motivating and managing employees
Enjoyment and patience in dealing with older people
