For our KWA Georg-Brauchle-Haus we are looking for the next possible date: deputy Housekeeping Manager (m/f/d) Location: Munich YOUR TASKS: deputy management of the entire housekeeping area of the Georg-Brauchle-Haus with a focus on the restaurant/cafe area Planning of parties and events Implementation and assurance of quality standards Ongoing review of work processes Training and instruction of employees Service planning and accounting Materials management for the housekeeping area Preparation of assignment and vacation planning Management of employees Implementation of hygiene regulations YOUR PROFILE: Training in housekeeping A corresponding further qualification as a master of housekeeping (m/f/d) or housekeeping manager (m/f/d) is an advantage First professional experience in housekeeping desirable, but not a must Social competence in dealing with residents, customers and employees Conceptual and strategic thinking and acting Organizational skills and ability to work independently Good knowledge of MS Office products WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT WITH US: A secure job in a modern and future-oriented company with performance-related remuneration.
