Are you looking for a managerial position in an upscale restaurant where you will not only be challenged, but also encouraged? In our restaurant "Ammolite – The Lighthouse Restaurant", which has been awarded two Michelin stars and 17 Gault & Millau points, we are looking for you as Deputy Restaurant Manager (m|w|d)

Your area of responsibility

• You support our restaurant management in all areas
• You coordinate and manage all service processes within our fine dining restaurant
• The satisfaction and well-being of our guests is your top priority. You recommend and seat our guests and also make wine and menu recommendations during ongoing service
• Together with your team, you work on the implementation of ambitious ideas and action maxims
• In addition, you take care of the training and guidance of new employees

Your profile

• You have completed vocational training in the upscale gastronomy/hotel industry. In addition, you have completed training as a (junior) sommelier
• Ideally, you have excellent references in service in upscale gastronomy
• You have extensive specialist and product knowledge and a high standard of quality with regard to the goods and their preparation
• You have already gained (initial) experience as a manager
• In addition to a very good knowledge of German, you also have good English and/or French language skills
• As a host with heart and soul, you show commitment and initiative
• You are confident, organized, resilient and charming at the same time
