Your Job

This is what awaits you on your journey with us:

• Responsible for ür informational discussions über incompatibilities & allergens with the guests on board
• Exhibit individual menüs and food recommendations for the guests based on the information discussions
• Continuous support and advice to the guests during the trip, including.a. by teaching and communicating the allergen labeling
• If required, also active cooperation and support in the preparation of dishes
• Requirement for this position is the successfully completed course „Diätisch geschulter Koch” at the WIFI Tirol
• Contract length of the assignment: 3-week präsenz training course at the WIFI Tirol (nächster date: to be announced), followed by a 4-month contract on board. Subsequent follow-up contracts possible

Your course & your talents

This is what you bring on board:

• Successfully completed vocational training as a chef (f/m/d) with internationally recognized certificate
• Many years of professional experience as a chef (f/m/d)
• Very good knowledge über preparation of food and recipes
• Enjoyment in advising guests
• Fluent German and good English skills
