What to expect on your trip with us:
- Responsible for informational discussions about intolerances & allergens with guests on board
- Preparing individual menus and food recommendations for guests based on the information discussions
- Continuous support and advice for guests during the trip, including explaining and communicating allergen labeling
- Active cooperation and support in the preparation of dietary and allergen dishes
- Contract length: 12 months with an alternation between working time on board and vacation at defined intervals.
Your course & your talents
What you bring on board:
- Successfully completed vocational training as a dietitian with an internationally recognized certificate
- Several years of professional experience in the field of dietetics is an advantage
- Very good knowledge of dietetics, nutritional advice and the associated cooking and kitchen technology
- Enjoy advising guests
- Fluent German and good English skills
