Your tasks:
- You advise our patients and talk to them about nutritional habits
- You will conduct educational kitchen events and lectures and advise on nutritional issues
- You prepare snacks and special diets and advise our patients at the buffet
- You stand in for our chefs in the event of illness
- You check the special diets when serving lunch
Your requirements:
- Completed training as a dietician (m/f/d), ecotrophologist (m/f/d) or certified nutritionist (m/f/d)
- Knowledge of hygiene and quality standards as well as HACCP guidelines
- Structured way of working and sense of responsibility
- Willingness to occasionally work on weekends and public holidays
- Social skills, empathy, sensitivity and strong communication skills
- Knowledge of calculating nutritional values and declaring menus
