The Evangelical Deaconess Institute of Augsburg primarily comprises, at its Frölichstraße location, the Stadtklinik, the Pauline Fischer Haus senior and nursing home, a medical center, the Hotel am Alten Park with its conference center, as well as, at its Spicherer location,
The position is primarily based in the central kitchen (approx. 300 meals per day), but also involves work in the hotel kitchen.
Preparation and cooking of special-diet, cold, and hot meals
Careful and responsible handling of food and kitchen equipment
Assisting with receiving, inspecting, and properly storing goods
Adhering to and monitoring HACCP guidelines and hygiene and cleaning regulations
General kitchen duties
You bring the following:
Completed training as a dietitian
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Enjoyment of cooking and working with food
Reliability and a sense of responsibility
Willingness to collaborate flexibly and cooperatively as part of a team
