Digital Guest Experience Specialist (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- Completed studies or training in the field of media, information or communication technology
- Several years of professional experience in a technical profession or, ideally, in the field of on-board communication / IT on board an AIDA ship
- Very good knowledge of German and English and confident with MS Office 356
- Experience in IT troubleshooting (software and hardware)
- Software knowledge (DAM, on-board portal, CMS Typo 3 and xControl, Adobe, Scala, Exterity)
- Operational sense of responsibility and a goal- and solution-oriented way of thinking and acting
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and flexibility
Your destination
- Securing the digital systems and supporting users in the guest commerce area on board the ships
- Training and supporting employees in the area of on-board communication in handling and troubleshooting the systems used, including writing and maintaining manuals
- Defining requirements for process and system development for all digital channels and systems from the area of responsibility on board
- Collaboration on digital projects and support during commissioning and shipyard visits
- Coordination of software updates and licenses in collaboration with IT
