Employee Controlling / Warehouse Administration & Systems (m/f/d)

• Training as a hotel manager (m/f/d), ideally as a business economist (m/f/d), merchandise manager (m/f/d) or hotel business economist (m/f/d)
• Proven professional experience, preferably in the field of controlling
• Experience in dealing with merchandise management systems desirable
• Ideally HACCP or USPH knowledge
• Very good English and German language skills as well as confidence in using MS Office 365, especially Excel
• Responsibility and follow-through. USPH knowledge
• Very good knowledge of English and German and confident in using MS Office 365, especially Excel
• Responsibility, assertiveness, strong communication skills and a confident manner

• Responsibility for controlling and securing merchandise management processes in accordance with the guidelines in the entire hotel and entertainment sector
• As a controller (m/f/d) you are the contact person (super user) for the merchandise management system and take over the analysis and reporting of plan deviations
<li>;analyze and report on deviations from the plan
• plan and monitor inventories and perform inventory analyses
• interface between the departments involved on land and assist with travel accounting
