Your tasks
Processing customer concerns – in person at the customer center reception desk, in writing, by telephone
Customer advice on tariff and transportation regulations, timetables and construction site information
Contact person for our Deutschland-Ticket subscription customers
Processing refunds and appeals
Managing lost property
Other general administrative activities
Your qualifications
At least completed training
Experience in the transport or tourism sector desirable
A cordial appearance as well as polite and customer-oriented manners
Good comprehension and appropriate expression
Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team and flexibility
Stress resistance as well as a responsible and independent way of working
Very good written and spoken German
Very good knowledge of MS Office
Knowledge of collective agreements is an advantage
